SERVICES - COMMERCIAL

Whether it’s a simple rekey or repair, or if your business’s physical security needs a complete overhaul , we can handle it.

Most of our commercial customers prefer to take advantage of our mobile service: we come to you in our well-stocked state-of-the-art mobile workshop. We bring all the materials for the job, perform all service within OSHA guidelines for safety, and remove all debris and dispose of off-site observing EPA guidelines for any hazardous materials (old door closers can contain PCB’s, for example). We sort old hardware and packing materials for recycling to minimize environmental impact. If you prefer to install your own locks, but need someone to rekey them, feel free to stop into our store where our competent in-store technicians can meet your needs, often while you wait.

We stock a wide selection of commercial-grade locksets, door closers, hinges, exit devices, and accessories such as door stops, bumpers, holders, crash chains, push and kick plates, pull handles, and repair panels for commercial wood, steel, or aluminum doors.

We are Loudon County’s factory distributor for Yale Commercial hardware. The factory is literally across the street from us, so lead times are virtually nonexistent. Warranty support? Second to none!

We can repair damaged frames for hollow metal doors, or replace the whole frame or door slab if needed.

Need padlocks keyed into your building’s master-key system? We’ve got you covered. We stock Abus 83-series padlocks available in 8 popular keyways, or we can build US Lock padlocks in nearly 60 different keyways.

Want to make sure the keys you issue can’t be copied? Ask about our restricted key systems.

Need a lock for a high-security application that is drill, pick and bump resistant? Check out our Medeco UL-837 listed lock systems.

Need a lock system that uses removable or interchangeable lock cores? No problem. We stock and service BEST SFIC systems using Arrow hardware, and also offer RC and LFIC systems from Schlage and Yale.

Want to upgrade to electronic access control? We’ve got a solution for you, whether you just need a simple “push a button to release a door” system or a no-wires standalone keypad operated lock, all the way to a networked, computer-managed access control system covering thousands of doors that can be administered from anywhere in the world, we can handle it.
